The Living History Project is a new play that constructs and deconstructs a women’s history museum and the lives of five women in history who have battled to be seen, shouted against injustice, marched in the name of human rights, risked their safety for others, who have broken barriers, conscientiously dissented, and shattered the glass ceilings that show up over and over and over again. This piece challenges audiences, particularly young people, to be bold, active change-makers. We can live history as we can create our own.
